Nina Gottlieb, Ph.D.
Dr. Nina Gottlieb holds a doctorate in environmental psychology from the City University of New York Graduate School and University Center. She has over 30 years of diversified experience in researching and evaluating education and health programs and initiatives, including: after school programs, professional development, early childhood education, special education, college preparation,STEM, fitness and wellness, substance abuse and violence prevention and intervention, youth development, employment and leadership, mentoring, character education, family literacy, magnet schools, and bilingual education. Dr. Gottlieb has also conducted research projects related to urban development/planning, housing and home-based work. She has expertise in designing and conducting both quantitative and qualitative research projects, and obtained her early experience in research and evaluation at the New York City Board of Education in the Office of Research, Evaluation, and Assessment prior to starting her own company. Dr. Gottlieb has taught at the University of Colorado at Boulder, the Fashion Institute of Technology, and the New York School of Interior Design, in addition to lecturing at several other institutions.
